No-Show and Cancellation Policy:

At Epiluxe Aesthetics we value everyone's time, and each appointment is reserved especially for you. To ensure fairness and efficiency, we have implemented the following policy: 

Deposits 

• A nonrefundable deposit of 50% of the service total is required to secure all appointments. 
• The deposit will be applied to your service total on the day of your appointment. 

Cancellations 

• 24-Hour Notice Required: If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24-hours' notice. 
• Late Cancellations: Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice will result in the forfeiture of your deposit. 

No-Show Policy 

• If you fail to show up for your appointment without prior notice, your deposit will be forfeited, and a new deposit will be required to book future services. 

Late Arrivals 

• Arriving late may result in a shortened service to accommodate the next client. The full service fee will still apply. 
• If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be canceled and treated as a no-show, resulting in the forfeiture of your deposit. 

Nonrefundable Deposits 

• All deposits are nonrefundable, regardless of the reason for cancellation or no-show. This policy ensures that the time and preparation for your appointment are compensated. 

Emergencies 

We understand that life happens, and emergencies are unavoidable. Please contact us at 407-734-1833 as soon as possible in such cases, and we will do our best to work with you.
